The Warrior Fairies are the strongest Earth Fairies who live on Tir Nan Og. A Warrior Fairy is a title given to an Earth Fairy (or possibly any other fairy) who seeks revenge against the Wizards of the Black Circle and the Humans or who forms part of the army of Tir Nan Og.

When the Wizards of the Black Circle captured them, they were trapped on Tir Nan Og, waiting for the day when they would be free, to exact their vengeance on their captors as well as the inhabitants of Earth who weakened them by not believing in them and whose actions, like wars, intolerance deforestation and pollution, were destroying the world they once protected.

They wield Warrior Fairy Staffs to channel their magic and serve under Morgana and then Nebula as her warriors in their vendetta. In the episode Morgana's Secret, they tried to attack the Winx girls and the Specialists but were not strong enough to fight them. Now after the Winx Club restored magic to the Earth, they help to restore peace to the planet with the other Earth Fairies under Queen Nebula.

Nebula's Followers

Warrior Fairy is also the term given to the followers of Nebula, the Fairy of War, compared to the Arctic Fairies who are Aurora's followers, the Amazon Fairies of Diana and Sibylla's Rustic Fairies. The Royal Guard Fairies are also another category of Warrior Fairies who protect Tir Nan Og, though it is unclear if they are the followers of Morgana only or if they are the followers of another Major Fairy.

Appearance

Warrior Fairies wear strapped sandals, very similar to the Winx's sandals in their Sophix form. Their wings are the exact same as other Earth Fairies. Their clothing varies from each one of them, but their clothing is mainly light green, light blue and purple coloring.
