Rachel is a witch who attends Cloud Tower. Her first and only appearance is in Issue 82: Forbidden Magic where she is Manuel's flirtatious girlfriend.
Appearance[]
She has fair skin and waist-length deep green hair, and has a similar style to Bloom's. Rachel is seen to wear a blue top that shows off her midriff and she wears yellow pants with a purple belt, and dark boots. She accessorizes with a pale blue bracelet, which matches her round, pale blue large earrings. She also has on.
Personality[]
She is very snobby and self-centered. Rachel refuses to associate with fairies. She also attracts many boys and enjoys taking advantage of this, which is shown in full force when Stella tried to invite Manuel to a party. All Rachel had to do was give him a stern look, which was enough for Manuel to keep tailing her. Rachel is also very flirtatious and possibly promiscuous as she often ignores Manuel to flirt with other guys and is even caught kissing one of her admirers behind Manuel's back.

Making her debut in Forbidden Magic, Rachel is first seen at the White Horse with many guys surrounding her; Manuel being one of them. Manuel was completely fixated on Rachel and even suggested they go to the party Stella was going to have as a couple. However, Rachel declined saying that she does not want be anywhere near fairies which disappointed Manuel a bit. Stella tried to get Manuel to go to the party on his own as a way of meeting new people. He was hesitant at first but when Rachel looked at him, he completely refused and continue to tail her.
She was then later seen sitting on a bench near the beach kissing one of the guys who was part of her group behind Manuel's back. She then walked away with the man, leaving Manuel heartbroken.
Rachel walks away with her new boyfriend, breaking Manuel's heart.
While Rachel does not make a physical appearance in Issue 83, she is mentioned by Manuel, who is still heartbroken about her in the beginning. He thinks that he should not forget about what Rachel did to him and asks Roxy for advice.
Magical Abilities[]
Like all witches, her powers are derived from the negative aspects of magic. Rachel may know some basic, first-level spells that all witches can use, such as telekinesis, transmuting objects, and fixing minor messes. Like all witches, she can fly.
Trivia[]
- As of now, Rachel is the only other witch to date a Specialists that ends up dating one of the Winx later on; the other being Darcy.
