The Head of the Council is a character exclusively featured within the Winx Club Comic Series. As his title suggests, he is the Head Councilman of the Fortress of Light Council and he is one of the few recurring characters within the Winx Comics.
Appearance[]
The Head of the Council is a tall, elderly man with long, silver-grey hair that flows down to his waist. He is balding but retains enough hair to form an odd open halo or crown-shape. His mustache-beard combo is also notably long as it flows down to the bottom of his chest. The Head of the Council also has black eyes.
For his attire, the Head of the Council wears long green robes with a few stripe patterns and two gold stripes at the ends of each of the sleeves. He also wears a large blue shoulder-piece and purple shoes; the latter of which are rarely ever seen thanks to how lengthy his robes are.
Personality[]
The Head of the Council is a sagely and kind old man. He remains unbiased to all who come to him and is open to anyone so long as they show no malicious intent. In fact, despite Givelian being seen very negatively by most of his peers, the Head of the Council still lets him give his proposals and deals with them like he would any other proposal. He holds no grudges and is willing to work with or even learn from someone else regardless of their age. As a result, his behavior has garnered him the support of over half of his fellow Councilmen as well as the three headmasters of Magix's three schools: Faragonda, Griffin and Saladin.

He may know some basic, first-level spells that all wizards can use, such as telekinesis, transmuting objects, and fixing minor messes.
Trivia[]
- Since Givelian is stated to be the youngest Councilman at 142-years-old, this would make the Head of the Council much older than him. Considering his position, he may even be the oldest member on the Council.
