He wears a basic Red Fountain uniform with a dark purple gem affixed to his cape. He wears a helmet with a red eyepiece and armor on his chest.
Personality
He has shown to be quite thankful for being rescued by Bloom.

Winx Club
Cecere was first seen in Cloud Tower behind a magically sealed door. Bloom rescued him, and he thanked her saying Saladin would reward her graciously.
